Bruce E. Smith is the Owner and Manager of Bruce E. Smith Law Offices, PLLC. He graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 1974. Upon graduation, Bruce opened his practice in Nicholasville and began serving the legal needs of Central Kentucky. His practice includes planning and zoning issues, real estate, civil litigation, wills, estates, probate, and commercial law. Bruce is admitted to practice in Kentucky state and federal courts.
Henry E. Smith joined the practice in 2013. He is a 2012 graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Law. After graduation, he clerked in Fayette Circuit Court. He works on planning and zoning issues and elder law, as well as general civil litigation. He is admitted to practice in Kentucky State courts.
